Email chris@invasiondigitalmedia.com with the subject Vlix account deletion. Include the Vlix account email address and a reply address. If you no longer have access to the original email, say so. We will verify account ownership before processing the request. Do not email your password, photos, videos, or identity documents.
You can also delete from the app: Parent Dashboard → Privacy & account → Delete family account, then type DELETE to confirm.
When account deletion is completed, the service removes the parent sign-in account, linked child accounts, and stored mission reference images it can identify. Associated family records tied to those accounts or profiles are deleted through their database relationships. Local copies on a device may remain until app data is cleared. Backups or service-provider copies may follow separate retention schedules; tell us if deletion fails or you need help with remaining data.
