Common tasks

• Reset a password: On the Vlix sign-in screen, choose Forgot password. Use the email reset link or text message code associated with your account.
• Manage routines and rewards: Open the PIN-protected dashboard to manage household members, missions, rewards, screen-time rules, and bedtime.
• AI mission checks: In the PIN-protected dashboard, open Privacy & account to manage permission for AI review of mission photos or videos.
• Delete your account: In the PIN-protected dashboard, open Privacy & account and choose the account deletion option.

To use device access rules on an Apple device, grant the required device controls permission and choose the apps or categories to manage.
